Our famous Leathewood trees (Eucryphia Lucidia and the alpine Eucryphia Milliganii) are unique to Tasmania found mainly in the pristine rainforest of the rugged West Coast many in World Heritage areas far away from any form of pollution, urban or industrial. This is a lightly whipped pure Tasmanian Leatherwood honey. No ADDITIVES, just PURE honey. The whipping changes the colour and texture creating a beautiful soft feel on the palette. Great for toast and crumpets.
