Manuka 200 Plus
Manuka honey comes from the tea tree family of Leptospermums. Scoparium, Lanigerum, Rupestre, Nitidum are just some of the leptospermums found abundantly in Tasmania. Manuka contains varying quantities of Methylglyoxal (MGO). It is a thick dark honey, one of the less sweet honeys and strong in flavour. All our Manuka honey is tested at University of the Sunshine coast for activity levels. We sell our Manuka honey in price levels of 100+, 200+, 300+, and 400+. However this is a minimum test level and for example, if you order 200+ it may vary depending on the batch collected for that season.
