Our famous Leatherwood trees (Eucriyphia Lucidia and the alpine Eucriyphia Milliganii) are unique to Tasmania found mainly in the pristine rainforest of the rugged West Coast, many in World Heritage areas, far away from any form of pollution, urban or industrial. It is light amber in colour with a distinctive spicy piquant flavour. Our Chunk Leatherwood is a honey which combines the best of both – runny Leatherwood  with a chunk of Leatherwood comb beautifully suspended in the jar. A great unique Tasmanian gift idea.
